Your interviewing approach is one of the most authentic, in the moment, intelligent. I don't notice the time passing. It is engaging, and heart opening, thank you Mr. Jay.

Thanks for this Jay! Eye contact was an amazing life tool/tip. Also giving ourselves permission to be ourselves as well as giving others the permission to just be themselves really clicked. I feel like we judge people when they are different from us especially because that’s how society has taught us, through also judging us. It’s something I personally will work hard on 💖

I know I say this alot but. I love this pod cast (: Eye to eye contact can be a difficult thing and I love how they aren't afraid to talk about that subject.

I'm ashamed to say and happy to see this is the first video I've seen on KZbin with 0 dislikes right off the bat. Thanks alot for this.I almost didn't listen because I've read face to face and am almost done a curiose mind wich is changing my life But I've learned my lesson before to not go into something thinking i know all this already. I was always curiouse but I can be too much sometimes.wich is were he writes about anti curiosity helping you almost as much as curiosity itself. I must keep braudening /cleaning my palet."Taste" wich he speaks about and how it can help you confidently trust youre judgment wich I can use more of. Thanks again is im getting every permission to be myself like you talk about in the podcast. I used to watch 8 mile and rush hour all the time and had no idea as a kid. His books will be with me for life.
