I remember sneaking into Phat Beach. I was to young for ticket lol. 3 Strikes is a classic. I remember when he got bold and punched Faizon and got tripped and jumped. LOL. Most of us have things in the past that we wish we had played a little differently to maximize our positions. But to make some impact on an era is big. To say you were in a movie that many in your culture know about and enjoyed is an accomplishment. It's many people who wanted to pursue an acting career, who were talented that we never heard of.

I woulda thought that B hooks with his acting experience,,would have definitely auditioned and landed many roles in black films and black television,,especially considering that he had the lead role of a great film on his resume...🤔...However,,much respect to B hooks,,3 strikes is definitely a classic...Salute 👏...Also,,I do understand what he said,,that often times the powers that be only hire there friends,,or only hire those that they see networking at parties and functions that the powers that be are in attendance...in other words,,they only hire those that kiss alot of A**,,and much respect to B hooks for not being the A** kissing type...However,,I also must say,,there is a fine line between networking and A** kissing,,in which means its okay to network with the powers that be,,as long as we aint kissing they A** in the process...

I was thinking the same thing. He also did Soul Plane which was stacked with an ensemble cast. I know it gets bad reviews, but I honestly thought it was a solid movie. I think the people who bad mouth it just associated their bootleg screener copy with the film. That also prevented the movie from being a box office hit, the bootleg leak debacle. Regardless, Three Strikes and Eve were definitely hits.
