Thank you much. Wish to see more of strat series option with notes sustain, looks like BMG much more sustainy, but haven`t enough time to compare. Also wish to make such option with fre way 10 positions switch and out od phase middle pickup button on push pull

You are absolutely right about series and parallel. Series will give more output, because the pickups are being wired as/like a humbucker.

The one on the strat? It’s made by Brian May Guitars - theirs come with Wilkinson bridges so those trem arms will fit (the strat bridge is also a Wilkinson bridge so the hole was the right size for the arm!)

Ordered a replacement from BMG. the strat bridge is a Wilkinson so a BMG whammy bar will fit

The guitar itself used to be a cheap Squier I got as part of one of those “guitar + amp” starter kits. Body wise it’s probably made of chipboard 😂 the neck is new, though - that’s a more recent fender neck. The pickups are also American standard strat pickups I replaced the stock Squier ones with. Overall the guitar has had everything replaced except the body: new neck, new electrics, new pickups, new output jack, new bridge (the one that came with it had its block shaved down to just millimetres) 👍🏼🤘🏼

For the bulk of it, it’s the bridge and middle on together and in phase - same as Brian’s “bread and butter” setting
