I met Will Carling in Cardiff last year at a charity fund raise (Rhondda School Boys). He was amazing, no matter how much ribbing he was given he was the perfect gentleman. It was a pleasure to meet him.

No matter what level of rugby you play, it's still about having a laugh with your mates.

I still get a buzz when i 'play' masters RL, more time spent asking the ref how long til half time but still you miss that feeling when you get past it for seniors (well in your head you still think you might.lol) but that first hit up or tackle and you forget your opponent is wearing gold shorts and is in their 70s and they were meant to be tagged hahahaha!
