Oh my gosh! Everything I’ve heard since discovering you on KZbin, (and buying all your Audible books, so far), is already making massive changes inside of me. Not being taught to value and respect myself growing up, (in fact quite the opposite!), I never knew how to do that. I tried and tried to, but I couldn’t do it. I didn’t know how. I just felt like I was as worthless as a piece of garbage. What you are saying seems to be like the mirroring that a healthy father would do to his daughter to teach her to love herself and to truly believe, deep in the core of her being, that she is beautiful and a deeply valuable human being, who can believe that no matter what anyone else says. Wow. My insides just resonate so deeply and feel so nurtured by hearing this stuff. It’s like an old, hard, dried out sponge having water just poured out all over it, saturating it with nurturing life. Like a dead flower coming back to life and blooming. Thank you!

It's sad that my parents keep telling me that I should obey and do whatever they want me to do. They always tell me that how bad I am and always see the good things in others, the result is I have low self esteem. Even though I'm good looking and have many boys chase me, I don't know how to value and love myself. I tend to sell my self short because in the bottom of my heart I don't believe I deserve better. I ended up being with people who didn't love and respect me, it's just the reflection of how I feel about myself. I've learned it the hard way. P/s: Dear me, I'm sorry that it took so long but baby I love you, you deserve the best and never let anyone make you think differently.

I really wish I had seen this video in my younger years.(I’m not that old, 32.) I spent a lot of my 20s giving myself away to men very quickly, but it wasn’t because I was a “whore.” It was because I wanted them to like me. This video explains why every time I did that with a man, a relationship never flourished. I hope a lot of women see this video because women should know that they are valuable and worthy and shouldn’t give themselves away to just any man, especially if the only reason is because you want them to like you. Amen on the standards! My date and I are currently a bit very busy and we don't communicate as much because of our schedule (I am in class when he is free and he is working when I am free, it's a bit hard) Yesterday after 4 days of no calling, just a bit of texting, he asked if we can talk on the phone. I was busy trying to catch my train and I was not about to wait 1 hour for my next one so I told him "I am running to my train, catch you later". He said "see you later". When I got in my train I asked how long he would be awake in case we could talk but he said "I don't know". Obviously I was a bit displeased and just responded with "let me know as soon as you know". He immediately responded with "tomorrow, before noon?" And I responded with a simple "we will see". He called me today and we had a normal conversation, no passive aggressiveness, no shade, nothing. Just two people talking about their days, some plans for the future and how we missed eachother (and he initiated the "I miss you")

Can I not make him forget his problem? He keeps on saying he loves me and I Iove him so much. But, I just blocked him. This video is just right for me, if he don't need me, why would I stay for him. They're not great men. They're men who think of you as a PRIZE that they "possess" or own. This guy is just teaching people how to play the existing game to their advantage and not actually have a relationship of substance.

What if it is love at 1st sight? An overwhelming feeling of love and need for this person? Literally happened and I am not a dating type. Never actually have. I was with my husband for 21 yrs from age 18. He passed 3 months ago and I knew for a fact there would never be another man that would compare nor would I ever want one. 3 months of the darkest days of my life. My 14 yr old boyfriend who I briefly dated and his parents moved him away in the middle of the night recently found me. Like 2 weeks ago. He found me and my brother. It’s been 25 yrs. I had no interest and barely remembered him. I was out saying hi because my brother insisted saying it was rude of I didn’t. I started crying over my husband. My brother and this man are consoling me and telling me it’s ok and I’m not alone and my husband will always be here with me. Then this man says God brought me back to you for a reason. I looked up at him and thought wow. And cried harder. I then went inside and I instantly had this feeling that I said I felt as though I know him, I love him, I need him. I want him in my life. It’s crazy and ridiculous. I thought maybe I have PTSD. Well I started texting him after we all hung out the next day. I decided to tell him what happened and how I feel. I was already feeling like he felt the same because it appeared he was with me, texting me and not my brother. He was showing respect for my husband and my kids. This dude is amazing. So I started being a little flirty. I started saying things to let him know he was amazing, attractive, and I wanted him in my life forever. Finally after days of flirting he calls me to tell me about his job because he is moving back home where we live. Currently he lives 4 hrs away. We get off the phone and he texts me to tell me my voice is so hot. That’s the first time he ever actually said anything although I could feel his feelings. I told him exactly how I feel and he says he has loved me for 25 yrs and he wants to never have me not in his life again. He wants to be with me forever. I feel the same. Like what has happened? This is all a matter of 2 weeks, maybe 2 and 1/2! We r now planning to move in together!! He had his own career and I have mine. Pretty equal. We both went paralyzed from 2 different incidents and had to learn to walk again. We are madly In love and the only kiss we ever had was our first kiss at 14!! What is this! Are we both crazy?!! Have we both lost our minds???!!

Excellent...I have used these tactics and he knew it wasn’t a game. Basically told him I was losing my peace and comfort zone in things he was continuing to talk about. I ignored texts and calls for three or so days. I wanted peace back instead of stress...He absolutely freaked out...I finally responded and that subject (which was not sexual) never came up again. I am 67 and he clearly adores me and wants to marry but I need peace!
