Great show. Regarding the issues raised with Ireland with backup no10s, with playing what's in front of you rather than the system, with someone who can play 10,12,13,15, with kicking the ball more when teams are right in their face - with all these questions the answer is the same - Irelands only ever 10 to perform at a RWC. MADSER.

Just posing a question here on ROG's point that the Irish (player development/management/academy) system is the envy of the world, even New Zealand. Can that really be the case? Surely the Irish model is a replica of the NZ model?
