This video is a perfect example of different crowds. The conan crowd like a faster, quicker kind of comedy and the same stuff he got huge laughs with on his cd are getting mediocre laughs here. I feel bad for him, he's so used to this stuff killing

No, no, guys, it's okay. He wasn't getting laughs because a typical crowd on Conan only contains about 10 people. It just had the EFFECT... of making it SEEM... like the crowd wasn't laughing.
