Got the DVD from Madman about a year ago and a tremendously superior print than the 16:9 version from Screen Australia. Viewed on an 8ft wide movie screen via a Benq Video Projector. I saw this when it first came out and thoroughly enjoyed it, but it was many years till I saw it again. Still just as much fun. Notably the hang gliding sequence at Bald Hill, just south of the Royal National Park, New South Wales, is just down the road from where I live now. It's fascinating to see how it looked then to the big 5 million dollar makeover they are doing now on the Bald Hill lookout. No sliding through the dirt to park there now. I've walked along the area where you see them walking along the coast from there. Glad to say, this movie is in my collection!

It's too bad you can't even find this gem anywhere anymore! No point in contacting Madman about it, they'll only point you to OP shops or thrift shops, or anywhere second hand! It's an injustice to a new generation of film makers who should definitely see this movie!
