I got saved reading his book. I was a die hard Korn fan and bought the book because of that and his book made me think that maybe there could be a God, so I read the prayer he put in at the end of the book and I said “I don’t know if you are real but if you are I want to know” then out the book down and went to bed. And over the next two weeks, God revealed himself to me daily. I’ve been a believer ever since!

love Brian! i was a huge fan of Korn back in the late 90's and 2000's when i was an agnostic drug addict and Brian was always my favorite member of the band, even back then. i've been clean 11.5 years only by the grace of God Almighty and my Savior, His sinless Son Jesus Christ. I have a very relateable story to Brian's. He's such a cool dude and he is in a unique position being in the band but also standing firm in his faith. I have no doubt that there are fans of Brian Welch and Korn who got into Christianity, repented of their sins, and asked Jesus to be the Lord of their entire life just from reading Brian's book and/or hearing his testimony. BIG LOVE for Brian 'Head' Welch. He's a major homie. 😎🙏❤

This hit home. I was a high-functioning alcoholic for over 20 years. God didn't take that struggle from me until I'd been saved for almost 4 years. Come as you are and let God be God. I'm 19 weeks sober, and I can only thank God for that.

We will always fall short of His Glory so a daily repentant heart is part of our daily walk. God bless you brother and I am so thankful for my church family. Love in Christ! 🙌🙌🙌

I heard and listened to your entire testimony, Brian. And I truly appreciate the boldness to come forward about your life experience up and through family, music, career, addiction, and the journey and process since. Speaking sincerely and openly and honestly is not ever an easy feat. I continue to be truly amazed at the wonder, and miracle-working love of Jesus. So proud of you. So joyful for you. The last few minutes of you sharing and how you would ask Pastors to be mindful, the way Jesus was in welcoming and loving people who sinned, to share Himself with them and they be forever changed. Eternally changed. God bless you brother. I pray and ask Jesus continue to shine his love in your heart that you may continue in His will and His Holy Spirit guide you. In Jesus' Mighty, Wonderful, Beautiful Name, Amen. 🙏🏼❤️

As a life long KoRn fan, I have always liked Brian. It's awesome to see God work in his life. I myself have always struggled with religion and everything that goes along with it. I do believe that Jesus is the Son of God and that he died on the cross to save us all from our sins, but there is a lot I still struggle with. Stories in the bible that upset me, or anger me, or just outright confuse me. I've always struggled with just being a good Christian. I always fall short.. but I'm STILL trying. I hope some day I have a true encounter with Jesus and that I have the comfort in knowing I'm truly saved the way Brian is. I hope that day comes before my time comes.

thats so cool ive always felt ashamed to go to church smelling of booze or weed, ashamed because i've partly allowed other people to judge me and that's not right. But ive always been able to talk to the Lord in the morning once my sober mind returns to its body. God is Love and i'm so very happy that Brian Welsh is a brother in Christ and fellow Metalhead.

Back when korn first came out we where, doin meth and a lot of hard drugs. I've recently come back to a on fire relationship with my Lord and Savior. I got caught up in the whole the Bible has been tempered with by man so much I didn't think it was God's word any more. So after a while I asked God to show me why it's his word. So I was watching KZbin one day and the next recommended videos popping up was a biblical scholar pointing out why the Bible is God's absolute word. And believe this it was a very young fella. Praise God for these people.

I don't understand how someone who came to know Christ after having been involved in such an ungodly environment, can go back to it. Are we not called to REPENT i.e. turn away and be transformed through the renewing of our minds? How does one repent but then still go back and dance with the devil through associating with the sin that you come from? Just asking, because I don't get it.

Jesus was never the answer. What is God’s opinion? Ezekiel 18:21-24 “But if a wicked man turns from all his sins which he has committed, keeps all My statutes, and does what is lawful and right, he shall surely live; he shall not die. 👉”None of the transgressions which he has committed shall be remembered against him; because of the righteousness which he has done, he shall live. “Do I have any pleasure at all that the wicked should die?” says YHVH GOD, “and not that he should turn from his ways and live?” If you don’t believe God, then who and what exactly are you believing in? Ponder that for a long moment will you.

I'm afraid he's an apostate - stony ground. If he is a Christian he should also testify this in his music. I am not saying every song must be nominally Christian, but just listen to the music of KoRn. Blasphemous. He listened to the devil when he returned to that band. Pray for his repentance.

People just can't work on themselves and help their own community instead of worrying about what another person is doing that doesn't hinder you in the least bit.
