if you blow dry your hair, use a good edge control, and also braid the root first to get a tighter grip then start twisting hope that helps :)

I just took out mine had them for 7 weeks and I can say my hair grew a lot. They were much smaller than yours and I certainly will NEVER do it small again. Took ages to took them out. My whole arms and shoulders feel like they’re about to fall off😂 I will be doing this size in 2 days

To keep your 2 strand twist from frizzy up apply mousse once your done and ensure you twist your hair while it's damp.

I always do mini twist and wear em for at least 3 weeks (maybe a lil more if I can't be bothered) but when I do the braids they don't have the same movement and juicy look my twist do. Idk what I'm doing wrong

I want to try them but I have finer hair. Not too fine but fine enough. Plus. With these, they seem like they would take longer because you have to part each braid. With mini twist, in the back, i just twist. I only part some of my front. Also. The take down may take forever and I would have to be careful. Still. I really want to try it because it looks nice, seems like it could retain length if done right, and I have never done mini braids on my hair.

Those are all understandable concerns but sometimes trying something new can be fun. There is nothing wrong with sticking to twists if you feel like that’s better for you and your hair. 😊
