I always carry extra dry socks in a bag with me. There is nothing better for cold wet feet than a pair of dry socks. Cold feet can make a dream hunt turn into a nightmare. I use fans on my boots here at home to dry them out too. Great little tool there to keep your feet happy and dry.

These Grakksaw boot dryers are made for backpacking--Pete's Boot Dryers are GREAT! I have one in my garage--they even make a propane driven boot dryer; but you're not going on a 7-10 day expedition style backpack hunt with a Pete's Boot Dryer.

I love my mountain extremes so much that I have on the list to get the next level model, the Kenetrek Everstep, so the mountain extremes are my work boots.
