If you wake up in the early morning hours, you can try it as you go back to sleep in a relaxed state. Try to sit up or roll out of your body. I did this and was surprised that it was completely dark in my room. Flew out into the hall and expected to see light coming in the windows, but more darkness. Decided to go outside and opened a big giant door. Was surprised again that I was not outside my own home. Saw some boys running down the road and flew over them yelling and laughing. Such a lucid dream I could hear myself laughing in reality. I somewhat awoke and went right back into dream and the boys had brought back a man. They were all staring up at me and I was yelling at them. They started cheering. I wonder about where I went and if what they could see from their view. I've also had projections where I could see myself sleeping but it's been a long time. There is something about the meditation on this chanel 'isn't it wonderful' it always gives me a lucid dream and I can hear the meditation like it's overhead speakers. Thank you for this great one 💚

I had an experience a few years ago... While i was swimming in a river near my camp... I set an intention to relax and just breath as i was floating ... Then became aware that i had a sensation of being above my body floating in the water... I could not feel the water on my skin, i could not distinguish my head from my toes, i could not hear the kids playing on the shore.... I was aware of this peaceful, loving space i was experiencing.... Then when i began wondering where i was... I was back in the physical body. Until this day i have no idea what that experience was... I had an out of body about 30 years ago. It’s nothing I intended to do. I was living in apartment complex that had large electrical towers right next to it. I thought I was having a lucid dream I walked out of apartment to my car just to find two guys breaking into it. I was screaming at them to stop as my car was pretty new. They wouldn’t stop they acted as if they didn’t even hear me. I saw every detail of each man and the details of the car they drove off in. Next thing I know my alarm goes off I get up get ready for work just thinking it was a dream. I get out to my car the glove box is open. Everything is strewn around the car and with their crow bar they pulled the lock off of my car door. Which I witnessed. Now this was 30 years ago, I started to call the cops and then I thought they aren’t going to believe me. So I just called the insurance and filed a claim. I really do believe it was the large energy towers that allowed me to do it unintentionally. Not sure though.

I was too tired to fight off the electric vibratory feeling and it then turned into a being lifting me out of my body via solar plexus region. the being was my escort the entire time and took me various places. maybe i'll do a video on the various places i was taken to! hehe

Mental projections are more likely to be successful in sensory deprivation tanks aka float tanks or Samadhi tanks. I highly recommend trying this, it's the best tool.

I had an out of body experience when I was at a live show ( Brixton Academy seated on the upper tier ) the bass was so deep a literally hit the ceiling! I was completely separated from my body, I remember panicking and willing myself back into my seat ! I returned very abruptly and started hyper ventilating, i thought I had literally momentarily died, it was so profound and frightening as this happened whilst I was completely conscious! Nobody in my group of friends noticed and I quickly regained my awareness and started to control my breathing which obviously reduced my heart rate and calmed me down ( as much as a music concert would allow) … I’ve since ( as I’ve become older, this experience was 20years ago) bean very interested in such practices, the feeling I’ve being outside of your body is incredibly liberating and extremely unnerving to feel comfortable in that state must be amazing

I’ve had a few experiences. One I was high up away from the earth and had many amazing experiences. What was most incredible was a year or so after this experience I was watching a show like unsolved mysteries or something similar where they played a NASA space station video that showed the very object I saw while I was up there! Talk about validation! Don’t know if you ever interview people but I love talking about them and much more. I’ve also had a NDE in 2015. Awe life and the universe, pretty amazing stuff. I've only Astral traveled 2 times that I can remember and both were without trying; just happened..both times I was in my 30's and both within 3 years of eacother at same location. I had a vague understanding of Astral projection as my eccentric father spoke often about the topic at our family dinner conversations when I was a child. First time I felt a string buzzing/vibration in my body/head and felt my essence slowly float out of my physical body (laying on my bed on my back) I was facing the ceiling and just floated right through it and then was able to turn and view my home, outside, etc from above. As I got a little higher I noticed a silver-ish cord attached from my essence to my body in the bed and I instantly KNEW I was Astral projecting and got a bit freaked out and was instantly zapped back into my body. My 2nd experience was very different and was with a group of spirit guides taking me on a journey that was to this day the most beautiful and profound experience of my life...even over home birthing my babies. Would be so cool to have in-person group discussions on this topic. Incredible info 🥰 I’m feeling really comfortable with being patient towards any spiritual evolution 😂 I have been consciously on the path for almost 3 years now and every step of the way I wanted things now and then and yet it has never been the case. Somehow the pull was and continues to be so strong I find myself continuing to take one step after the other and doing the best that I can at each moment. When I tap into possible futures it still amazes me all the things that I see that can be possible for me if I just continue striving towards it and I am so grateful for meditation because otherwise my mind alone would never even imagine such things, how “impossible” they look. Okay well now that I have watched further into the video I answered my own question I am etherial projecting and have done for many years. A couple things you should warn them about is the new way they will be experianecing things with out their bodies. When I have tought people in the past I warn them that like you said they may become frightened the first few times they do this but they may also become physically ill due simply due to how they will since things sight is not through your eyes hearing is not via your ears these experiances are of a different nature with out your body. Dont be afraid it is natural and you will come to be used to it. So at this point I need to share a story When I was maybe 8 9 years old I was awoken to my kid sister whom I shared a room with at that time Screaming bloody murder and pointing at me. This was accompanied by a sinsation of hitting my bed as if from falling from above it. Which as soon I could get her to chill out was what she had seen and was tripping out about, She said she had woken up to find my body floating above my bed, and then I just feel down onto it. So yes there was that. needless to say she wasn't good with sharing a room after that. I couldn't give her a rational explenation of what was happening at that time because I was yet to understand it myself. At that time I still thought I was just having a reo ccuring dream in which I could fly and I loved it. It would still be a couple years before I met my friend who was older and whom had been doing it himself for a while as well. He called it Astral projection and at that time it could have well been what it was but as I have posted here before my studying and practising over the past few decades has brought me to a point where it is far more than that now. I do like the way you explain these things to your audiance Again sorry for my lack of spelling skills Dyslexia is no joke or fun. and again I ramble on but you picked a topic I truly love!

I am now approaching 90 years, However when I was in my very late teens to twenty's I would lay on my bed and without any effort would feel a rumbling sound in my head, like when one moves the mussels in your ears. Then I found I could not move like I was frozen.. Thee next thing I would be floating up near the ceiling in the room I could se writing on top of the wardrobe . This happened fairly frequently over several years in different places.

wow well the more of your videos I check out the more I think I have come to be able to do a lot of stuff that is not all that common. I say this because after a few years even before I knew what this was I had managed to move stuff at will . To me young mind I guess I never thought that it wasn't supposed to be able to be done. it is my practiced opinion that the younger you are when you learn this the better because you don't have as many limiting ideas as to what should or shouldn't be possible. as to moving things these days it is quite easy. Also after having done some of the things I and several of my friends whom I have taught to do these things have been able to do I have to disagrie with thew thought that you can't get up to misschiff while out of body. We have been seen by people and moved things and scared a few people as well. And after having done those things the thought came to me that these actions might be what is refured to in the christian Bible as possession. Which is totally doable.

I used to be able to astra project very easily when I was younger until I was a teenager and was astra projecting down to a common area I loved to travel which is the Angel Falls in South America because I love waterfalls. Anyways while I was there apparently my father has came home and had a bad day and my mother was complaining about something I had done and gotten in a lot of trouble earlier that day (I think I had skipped school or something like that but don’t quite remember). Anyways he had never done or did again when he proceeded to do which is came into my room and started beating me with a belt. I really believe some negative dark influence that used to be in that house which has since been exorcized must have over taken him. That entity had attacked me when I was a child and after which I no longer could see entities from the other side but it was definitely after me my whole life. Anyways my father wasn’t himself that night and when he started to beat me I was snapped back into the body violently and ever since I have been unable to astra project or leave the body in anyway. I don’t know if it is due to subconscious fear or what has happened but no matter what I have tried I have not been able to regain either ability since the individual times have occurred. Have you ever heated or ran across something similar? Do you have any advice on how to regain the abilities?

That's really interesting and I fully understand about entities focusing on you. I have had that too all my life. They see our light And they want to dim it. Or. Put it out I would not worry about gaining that ability But Instead meditate daily Even for 10 minutes a day Slowly you will get back to a more open state Like awakening the dormant volcano When we're young it's easier and natural We become. More dense as we get older And psychic attacks can hinder you Been wiped out a few times and had to start again

I wonder what is happening when people tell me I come to them during visions or dreams even wide awake? To talk with them during hard times or more deeper visions. Someone I knew 30 years ago wrote me yesterday saying something came to him as Baphomet, devil and one other version of what people "traditionally" see as evil, oh yes a snake. Its a long story and really cool but basically in the end, a story of temptation. Suddenly they saw me and was shown my soul and told me about the beauty of my soul and heard a womans voice. Anyways not to go into a whole thing. But I hear people tell me stories like this, even those I dont know well that I will show up and sometimes I will half remember traveling in my sleep. But other times its like my higher self is off doing things, because Im wide awake and have no clue or they will randomly pop up in my thoughts. I"ve been there usually when someone is facing what they say is a demon or a darkness to help them. Possibly because of my own fight with "Demons". Has
