Something I learned in my teens almost 40 years ago from the book Magic and the Quaballa ... we go backwards through the day from now ready for sleep...in reverse through all we did and said until the point we woke up... this is the most effective way to offload xxx Moving attention into sensations in the body whilst listening to Brian with the whole body and looking into the lower forehead .ul have no thoughts and fall asleep quickly .. Thank you for this I appreciate being able to relax and listen to someone at the level I am normally teaching❤

Can you PLEASE do more than “i am” affirmations… i do, i can, i feel, i love, i know, i understand… I don’t think you have one meditation where you do that.. Or , f it- I’ll do it on my content channel 😂😅 I just feel everything blob together when I keep hearing “I am I am I am…” This is a personal preference that I think many ppl will enjoy. You really do feel it in your chakras when saying the other bija mantras.

The reason 'I AM' is used, is because it is a direct connection with God. None of the other phrases are, or represent that, therefore they are not as effective. You can say you do or know whatever you want, but it will not BE you, therefore it will always be seen as external to you, and not a part of you. That is why, for example, you say 'I am love' not 'I feel love'. I am love is far more effective.

I feel is sacral, I love is heart, etc. I want wealth in every aspect, not just my root. If that bothers you then that’s your issue. I’m just asking for what I want and I think I have the right to 😌 take care

This meditation is not good for someone like me with PTSD. the growling "I am" part at 1:36:58 is disturbing and gross. Why would you think that was relaxing? It scared the shit out of me!
