Black Clover is heavily Bleach Inspired, tho as you said it's most notable in the Captain/Lieutenant system, this was also mimicked by Demon Slayer who's author also confirmed having inspiration from Bleach...JJK, Black Clover, and Demon Slayer all share that in common that's why it was always funny when people tried to downplay the Impact that Bleach had on Shonen, it low-key fathered 3 of new gens best shonen.

Demon Dlayer isn't inspired by bleach, they're both partially inspired by the same folklore/mythology. Bleach just came out first.

Keep in mind that these spells are called Kido. Bakudo is Defensive and Hado is Offensive so you can differentiate which type they are using. Byakuya used Bakudo on Renji to stop his movement for example.

Bleach is a story that loves to write in the grey area, it's the best way to express that people are complex. So here in this arc while you do have sides it's nice to see and important to understand that people have varied reason as to why they do what they do and for most it's not as simple as good or evil. - Byakuya is a Captain and from what we've seen so far he's done nothing "evil" it may be heartless, but he's simply keeping order by following the law - Kenpachi, he's a battle crazed junky who despite the law does what he wants even tho he's a Captain, and yeah he's helping Ichigo and his Friends but not because he's righteous or good, he's doing it because he wants to fight Ichigo to death again. That's just Two of the captains, both who work in the Grey!

When I first see Byakuya's Shikai and Bankai, it reminds me of Alice from SAO, the blade of the sword transforms into pettals/flowers. Then other similar things clicked to me that SAO: Alicization might have got some inspirations from Bleach.

In my opinion, Byakuya is the most well rounded fighter in the show. He has a strong zanpakuto and mixes high speed and kido abilities into his fighting style. He has a few favorite moves he sticks to, but it usually results in a winning strategy. Also I heard that the scarf Byakuya laid on Renji is rather expensive so it represents the respect that Renji earned from him there.

Byakuya is cool, one of the interesting fights, kido without spells, used shikai only once and using his own bankai out of respect for Renji and did not want to kill him to the end.

There 4 fighting skills which shinigami uses such as kido it has three types mainly bakudo or way of binding it restricts enemy movement, hado it damages an enemy and the other thing is when their palm emits a color green which heals their allies(spells that has corresponding number and can be amplified through chant), Hoho( shunpo, speed, stealthy), Zanjutsu(way of the sword or swordsmanship, Hakuda(martial arts or melee fighting skills). All of this varies from one person and another can be strengthen through training and also if some has high reiatsu.
