Hey Pekin, been loving the Briar gaming! I highly recommend trying Eclipse into Prowler's, Collector, LDR/Mortal, then Essence Reaver. The one shot power is insane!

Eclipse is an interesting idea and under-tested, I'll have to say. But why Reaver? Is it to have a spellblade while stacking crit, even without having any mana to drain? Seems way too inefficient to me (like Spirit visage does with her, for example) for it to work, not that inefficient buys can't be good sometimes.

@@qwormuli77 It's just for the damage. It has good AD, haste, extra crit option, and the active is quite strong. Champions like Rengar build the item despite having no mana. Eclipse is honestly better than Dusk Imo, it gives you solid armor pen while allowing you to build your lethality, so early armor purchases don't shut down your damage. The shield it gives is also nice for engage protection, and the movement speed helps you stick to targets. The cooldown of the item itself syncs up quite nicely with your Q and W cds as well, so you'll always have it up for the next stun + bite. To me, dusk is kinda bait. The on kill passive is nice for surviving that first kill, but that's only if you get the kill in the first place. Sure it helps your bite deal more damage, but Eclipse helps you get them lower faster, so you can benefit from the execute damage more.

@@humblestudent9036 Those are some good arguments. That build had my attention, but now it really has my interest. And honestly, the two (additional) reasons I'm quite interested in Eclipse as a mythic are that unless there is some hard coded exceptions, Duskblade won't help her W or P at all due to them not being ability damage and the added tankiness from the Eclipse shield, which is pretty hard to come by in a full damage build. I've held the opinion since her release, that Briar needs at least _some_ tank stats to actually get in.

@@qwormuli77 I have a clip where I hit a TF with Q, then my next auto crit with ER, proc eclipse and prowler, and did 1.2k damage. Then bite did 900 and executed him.

Update: I have tested BT as a final item for the build over ER, and it's definitely way more damage to go BT. Shieldbow also works if you need a little more durability. I was hoping the haste and extra 200 or so damage from ER (plus being able to use it 3-4 times in a combo if you try) would be more valuable, but you one shot a lot faster and have more healing with BT.@@qwormuli77

the issue is briar in berserk is suppose to be going off blood sent not vision so her main target shouldn't be able to stealth to get away that breaks her lore. Also on briars release to PBE she didn't need vision for her berserk to target a champ they must have changed it.

@@TroubbleBubble It's real glassy and Briar has to survive going in. It can work in comps where you want to pick squishies from the backline with R or even low burst tanks (who don't build Randuin's), but is quite inconsistent outside of magical christmasland IMO.

Pekin can I subscribe you to navori briar by any chance? You go kraken into navori, then bt, collector and ldr in whatever order. With lethal tempo you basically have no CD on your q and e if you're allowed to auto attack, it's more of a snowbally build I suppose but I mean so is lethality. It might not be as good objectively but it's VERY fun imo
