You often use the Biscuits and Cosmic Insight Runes. Why is Biscuits better than Manaflow Band? Biscuits heals you but only gives you 120 Mana when Manaflow Band gives you 250. wouldnt it be better to use Manaflow Band plus maybe transcendence than Biscuits and Cosmic Insight?

You don’t need the haste from transcendence because you get the important cdr from building armor/mr, and getting a lower reduction on summs and especially gargoyles for ult is really strong. also biscuits are taken not just for mana but also in lane sustain with the hp regen And he doesn’t need mana so much it’s with trading the sustain for the extra mana/regen
