@janmurr844710 ай бұрын
Because he is in jail until verdict of guilty and sentenced. He is the bully in the small house (jail) but he's probably going to end up in the big house (prison) and that will be his wake-up call. He even tried to escape and got more charges for all the other things he did while in jail. He has to be controlled in the courtroom with a shock bracelet. This judge has him controlled. This is the typical defense that everything is flawed with the investigation but how does a murder at his direction happen in his mother's home while she was away. He was no innocent bystander.
@janmurr844710 ай бұрын
Would this defense attorney feel safe with him free and living next door? They are doing/saying everything he wants so he is happy with them. Everyone needs a defense attorney but with the mountain of evidence they have an uphill battle but she is not likable and her client looks like a menace to society. He has threatened a judge, threatened a previous attorney, threw urine on correctional officers, and threatened a co-defendant which they have his written 4-page statement. An innocent person doesn't do all that and the jury wouldn't know about these behaviors. His electric shock bracelet is the only thing controlling him and this judge is handling him. He is someone who exploits and preys on the vulnerable in society.
