The Art of the Brick exhibition is currently in London, fittingly on Brick Lane, so we had to get down there and check out all of the LEGO art before it packs up and moves on to the next city of its tour!

I remember seeing this expo in Brazil, a few years before the pandemic. It was pretty cool.

We need more of this on the travel channel, Kev visits the great art exhibitions of the world and tries to understand them. "And here we have a man...with a face...yep, that's certainly one of those."

That was really cool. I'm going to keep an eye out for anything similar in my neck of the woods (the superior version of Boston)

If you stand back from the ‘bunch of people hanging out’ at 5:14, the colours form the image of an eye. I reckon that a lot of the sculptures of figures represent Nathan Sawaya’s lack of fulfilment from when he worked as a lawyer before becoming an artist. Pretty sure that Sawaya’s versions of ‘The Great Wave’ and ‘Starry Night’ predate LEGO’s.

The yellow squirly thing you were looking at looks like it is a mathematical knot, probably a trefoil knot, the one you use to tie your shoes

I went the previous Nathan Sawaya exhibition. It was, if I recall, based on DC Superheroes? He’s very clever, and what he can achieve with LEGO is quite incredible! I haven’t been to this latest exhibition yet and, I probably won’t! Yes, it’s only a short journey by public transport from where I live, but £18 for a 45 minute tour isn’t, in my opinion, great value!
Зачем он туда залез?
