Why don't you use the TV that was in the studio? I think it is just standing underneath the 3D printers
@Bricksie3 сағат бұрын
I could, I might hook that back up over here.

There will always be a conflict between organization and space. The more organized you make something the more space is taken up and space is money in stores.

That was me at Bricks & Minifigs few days ago... Just loading up commonly needed pieces, mostly plates.

I would recommend 100% buying a small bench you can sit on when sorting the parts at the store.

Aaaah, that's on my list to do when I come back to Edmonton. They look like they got a thing or two I would like to collect. Something to check out and that restaurant to boot ^^

Ya know, i grew up in Pacifica California, and they had this 50's diner called Rockin Robs. You unlocked a core memory by saying 'Rockin Robins' lol

Do not mount a TV above your fireplace, that is the absolute worst place you can put a TV. It is far too high, causing neck problems in your future. Also if you use the fireplace often, heat will damage the TV. If you want a noticable jump in picture quality, get an OLED.
@Bricksie3 сағат бұрын
Believe me, I know, high TVs are the worst. I would hang it as low as possible. We rarely turn the fireplace on for heat purposes, all that does is heat up the room right by the thermostat making the rest of the house an ice box.

The worst part about collecting legos for me is being 2 hours away from the closest store and missing out on a lot points. Much easier to go to a Target/Walmart. Hate waiting on deliveries lol

As to the 2,000 Canadian dollars for a Christmas tree - 2 thoughts - 1. What is the cost to have it set up and hire someone to get to the top and decorate it? 2. 2,000 Canadian dollars - think of the number of Lego sets or parts you could buy for that amount of money?

The scene in the diner was like (I'll try to keep this pg) when a newlywed husband sees the new Victoria Secret catalog and says "honey, you'd looked gorgeous in this." Meanwhile her face says," It's not happening perhaps your next wife will wear it."

Question to you Mr. Brickie and everyone else out there. I want to start to make mils plates. I Have a lot of 2x2 bricks, Technic Brick 1 x 4 with Holes. Why after putting the bricks on a 32x32 baseplate On top I see people using 16x16, 4x4, 8x16, or 4x8. Why don't you just put another 32x32 plate on top and be done with it. I hope this made sense. Thank you.
