Nice job. Don't forget to leave room for the future Ninjago City sets. 😊

You should do stepping stones to the shrine and as for the wall I was make it look mossy stone looking that blend's into the raised platorm covering, That way you could have vegetation kind of dangling down to add more detail.

This is definitely one of the best water baseplates, I think it would be cool if the is a small path at the edge and you could also add a little bit of contouring to the water with some muddy land to hide the straight lines a bit more.

For real, the sense of depth is really well done.

Hi Bricksie. I appreciate your video today, but please look after yourself. The water looks stunning. I'm not a Ninjago fan, but the water greatly enlivens the whole look of that section of the City. Well done!

Maybe add some reed patches along the platform coverings. A couple of frogs might also look good.

I think the dojo temple would look better embedded in the mountain, same for the dragon stone shrine

Very timely. I intend to make a cyberpunk MOC of the Lego diner, the older movie version Ninjago City + a cyberpunk apartment from Funwhole. I need to build all 3 sets to line up with Ninjago City's water

Excellent video. I use a lot of your techniques and city styles for my own, most recently with water and the different colored baseplates underneath. The dark greens, in my opinion, add the best pops of color along with the blacks and blues.

The effort of learning this level of artistic lego skill must have been enormous. I am going to start a diorama of a simple hilly area with a pond, and a small castle tower (like the wizard's tower from Stardew Valley game.) But I'm stealing your ideas to build the water area.

The water in front of your Ninjago City truly looks amazing. It's very pleasing to the eye. Everything is coming together so well. Loving it! But please take care of yourself and get better, Bricksie. That is so much more important. One day at a time. Squirrely Sidenote: Totally unrelated to this video, sorry. Seeing the doggo park in this video made me want to suggest maybe naming it after your tiny humans? 😊

i wonder what it would look like if there was like tan or brown plate under water right close too buildings so it gives appearance of sand or dirt grading off into water around them or sand bars under water

I think you meant “reeds” for the green spiky plants coming out of the water 😂. Also really liking the music in the background, is this because of the new MacBook?
@bricksdontcry3 сағат бұрын
Hi ! The vegetation looks great on the water & really adds colors & details but it's too random IMO. You should try some spots with different gathered plants & some places with just water, where the boats come & go. Just saying 😁. Keep your great work ❤❤

Are those baseplates bending from the tiles or is it just my imagination?
