I think that she was using the wrong words. Maybe she meant that she wasn't "girly" enough, personality wise, to carry off the second dress. Personally, I thought that, aesthetically, the second dress looked beautiful on her and really suited her figure. But I can understand her not feeling that it matched her personality.

Yes, I do have some "nicer" pieces but I rarely wear them because I feel more comfortable in jeans and a T-shirt.
