Kudos to the workers and the Canadians who funded the entire bridge! However, I question the choice of the bridge's name, considering the Howe family resides in the USA and are indeed American. It's disappointing that Canada didn't honor a top Canadian hockey player who lived and died in Canada. It seems there were some political maneuvers involved in this decision.

He was a Canadian (born in SK) with links to a sport that unites (and divides depending on the game lol) both countries. and Played in Detroit.
