Sir, I have written an example whatever I have understood, is this right ? 👇 Example : "X" wanted to establish a company but due to some circumstances his investment got delayed now he will get his investment after some time, then in this case "X" can take short term loan from bank, since BRIDGE LOAN gets in no time as compared to other loans. So, the time period he will use to take his money from investors and give it to bank is called the bridge loan which also known as bridge financing.
