People who have domestic violence history, i.e. red flag laws, already exist in Canada. Anyone can call the RCMP right now and tell them they are worried about the behavior of a firearms owner and the RCMP will knock the door down first and ask questions later. Our gun laws are not the issue..., its the enforcement that is the issue. In fact, there are too many of them and the hoops us legal firearms owners have to go through is bordering on ridiculous.
