I walk this route every morning, thankful that you helped us find our home here. This area is perfect for families. Amenities and services walking distance from your door. Just yesterday right after sunrise I saw a man teaching his son to fish, beautiful that image with the light shining off the lake.

Honestly, adding commentary after the fact seems to be the best way to give "tours" on videos like this (especially since then you can focus on the driving instead of the narrating). I don't know why more people don't do more of these video tours of neighborhoods, even new areas where there may not be much built yet. At least it gives an idea to potential buyers of what the immediate area looks like. Nice job!
