Jordan Ranch is a great community! Has good schools, good developer, good access to roads and lots of new commercial coming around the area.

Which builders are considered entry level and mid-high tier ?

Entry builders are Lennar , DR Horton, Pulte Homes, and Toll Brothers. Higher Tiers are Ashton Woods, Tri Pointe, Taylor Morrison, Meritage Homes, K.Hovnanian.

Great video. I love both communities. Correction: Elyson has 450 acres of commercial, not 12 to 20 acres. Target alone is sitting on 20 acres 😂 Elyson town center is under construction, which is similar to La centerra.
