I’m actually about to launch a real estate fund for development. This was super helpful for me to figure out the right order of things. Pro tip: if your looking a for a great idea for a fund, just see what other people are doing and copy them. You don’t have to do 100M but you can do many of the same ideas raising only 5-10M.

Can the corporate structure be used and arranged in the same way as a fund structure assuming you dont need to raise capital from alot of investors and maybe working with only one large LP like a global fund. In this case, how are the documents and corporate structure different?

The number of years of experience needed to gain investors trust can vary depending on the field, the investors expectations, and your track record. Yes I believe experience in this field can boost the trust of an investor.
