I’m actually about to launch a real estate fund for development. This was super helpful for me to figure out the right order of things. Pro tip: if your looking a for a great idea for a fund, just see what other people are doing and copy them. You don’t have to do 100M but you can do many of the same ideas raising only 5-10M.

Bridger Im in commercial real estate. So we dont flip it or fix it up. We just buy . Rent it out and get a line of credit against aprecistion. So, can it still work

The number of years of experience needed to gain investors trust can vary depending on the field, the investors expectations, and your track record. Yes I believe experience in this field can boost the trust of an investor.
