I love this reaction so MUCH!!! It's one of the best out there!! Some people's reactions are actually frustrating. I feel like there's a lot of obliviousness, bordering on stupidity, people who just ignore what characters are saying out loud, the (very clear) reasons for Colin to behave that way, the fact that their relationship has been developing for years, and so on. This is not to say people must like this season. If you're gonna criticize it, though, at least pay attention.

I think they find out about pregnancy when after a certain amount of time the bedsheets are not bloodstained. Like they knew in season one about Marinas pregnancy or Daphne's. However Daphne had just been very late on her period. I guess, the final confirmation would have been provided by a doctor like in QC 😂

i love your reaction! I few info i feel like the show missed because of some changes. In the books, Pen was actually on the market for 11 years not 3 in the show thats why her mom reacted that way. She came out early at 17 and was 28 by the time her story came around. Thats why i dont blame the mom for her reaction about security. Back then, if a woman wasnt wed by a certain age, If there were no male brothers you were left without anything to your name thats why a husband was so important to have.

I think I found an easter egg. Remember how you said Colin always be matching Penelope? Well, they do match in the Library scene - but that’s not all. Lord Debling is wearing colors that match with what Cressida has on in the Library scene. I really hope Debling considers marrying her since they clearly both hate their families. They have that in common at the very least and were vibing at the balloon fair. She’s a character that has an arch. It reminds me of the movie, Annie. When Miss Hannigan is horrible in 90% of the movie and then she protects Annie in the end. I like when writers give that grace to certain characters.

I'm a bit sad that them got engaged without Colin knowing that Penelope is Lady Whistledown. In the books he knew it before. The carriage scene was perfectly done. The actors did an amazing job here. They got me hooked. I just hope Penelope will get far more happy moments. She was suffering enough from all the negativity from her mother, siblings, the ton etc.... she deserves to be happy from now on. She is beautiful and perfect like she is.
