I cried! This episode gave chills. The way he was angry and hurt but you could see he wanted to make sure she'd marry him, and at the wedding, he just couldn't be mad at her during the ceremony. Beautiful! The Queen is near!

I just wanna put it out there that Luke's acting this season was FENOMENAL. I often thought of the Scarface phrase with him throughout the season: "The eyes chico, they never lie..." His eyes, his expressions, all he did this season was AMAZING. The opening to episode 7, the tears, the pain, the anger but also the love and having his heart so broken... OMG I have him almost up there with Corey Milchreest (King George in "Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story) when it comes to that subtle but IMPACTFUL acting, and when the subtleness is gone and they go all out, SHIVERS!

Finally Eloise and Penelope are friends again. Everything about this pleases me, the wedding, Penelope standing up for herself and her dreams. Colin's devotion and love, putting Penelope above the danger that marrying her can bring to his family.

Luke Newton ATE that opening scene! It also fits his character more to cry when angry than rage (Anthony would totally be yelling). He looks more heartbroken than mad which makes it sadder. Also, throughout this episode, every time he angrily spoke to Pen, his eyes were glassy - he is hurt. Ugh, Luke, the actor that you ARE!

When it comes to Benedict, I have been waiting for him to hook up with a guy since season 1 😂So while I don't think that Tilly was swaying him to do something he didn't want to do, I think she was letting him know that if he has feelings / desires / impulses, it is okay and safe for him to explore them, esp considering the time they are in. Plus the chemistry and attraction between Paul and Benedict on the balcony was 🔥🔥🔥 The thing I see most in Benedict is that he's a bit of a lost soul. As the 2nd son he doesn't have the same responsibilities as Anthony, so he is free to do whatever, which for a lot of people can be more disorientating than freeing.

I can't believe we only have one left. This is so good and we finally get a happy marriage on screen. lol That caress of her face at the end of their dance, the soft smile encouraging her to come to him. Bloody hell! Now, the Queen smells blood and Cressida struck gold with that info.

I think it was Cressida's mother who wrote the content of fake LW or told Cressida what to write... In the previous episode, it was possible to see ink on the forearms of Cressida's mother as she was lifting up her sleeves... - seeing Penelope walk down the aisle in this gorgeous wedding dress got me so in my feelings 🥲🤧🥲 I love LOVE

Did you notice that when you mix yellow 💛 (the Featherington’s color) with blue 💙 (the Bridgerton’s color)…you get green, which is the color that Pen has been wearing this season. Colin and Penelope together make beautiful shade of green 💚

As a bi she/they that really identifies with Benedict, I actually really appreciate your take. I felt something of the same as you here after that conversation, mostly because I very much understood his reticence after having the double-whammy of seeing Tilly kiss someone else, and then knowing they had designs on him. I think she didn't have bad intentions, but it triggered something in me because it feels like they were doing something similar to "unicorn hunting," a situation I have been in before. I was worried about him!

Welcome dear - I understand how it might look like reassurance b ut we have to consider the power dynamic between the two and the timing. This conversation should have happened while they were alone prior to his knowledge of Paul - but he didnt. She had asserted herself as a woman who was intimate with other men while being with him - that can be very persuasive/almost threatening to a man who wants to maintain his relationship. And as a woman, believe me when I say we know how to reassure men persuasively...

I liked that you addressed the sexual political influence that is being pushed into every part of our lives, so im glad you adressed it as such. My husband walked in when the 3 were doing things as i forwarded and i told him how it is just another mind control that is unessesary. This show already has so many things that are unrealistic for its time...as if they are trying to rewrite things in actual history....and now the current agenda is being pushed more and more. What made me furious was when the Penelope actress posted photos of herself with Palestinian things, which pushes more of the Leftist mindcontrol actresses...it made me dislike Penelope if i am going to be frank...

@@EmotionalFlowerBlooming I get it, I really do. But she’s a product of her upbringing and that awful father. We did see her start to almost redeem herself and then desperation at being married off or sent away grabbed hold of her and she turned incredibly mean once again. I know there always has to be a villain in every story… but I really want a redemption arc for her… where she overcomes her upbringing. If people can forgive Pen for the hurt she’s caused, surely we can find a way for Cressida, if she turns her life around…

​@@kiwigirljacks the difference between Penelope and Cressida is that Penelope actually apologized to the people she hurt....Cressida never apologized to anyone that she has hurt especially for bullying Penelope....Cressida doesn't care that she hurt people Penelope does!
