Bridges of Novi Sad - HOW TO Cross the Danube by Bike? | RECUMBENT TRIKE vlog | Steintrikes Wild One

In this recumbent trike vlog, we profit from a beautiful early spring afternoon to show you the three bridges of Novi Sad over the Danube, and the possibilities of how to cross the Danube by bike (or trike) if you're in Novi Sad. We give answers to the safest way to cross the Danube, the way to go if you're following the Eurovelo 6 cycling path in Novi Sad, and discuss the other options as well. As usual, we ride our Steintrikes Wild One trikes with a Croozer Kid for 2 trailer, and this time there is also a kid's bike involved. We hope you like it :)

Always nice to start the weekend with a new video of the four of you on a trike tour. I hope they will consider a good and wide cycle lane on the future bridge. You seem to know a lot about the history of the city of Novi Sad. Nice to educate the children all the different languages. In school I never liked language lessons. I was more into math and technical stuff. But now (when I'm old and "wise") I know it's a big advantage in life. And I would also like pancakes after a ride ;-) Be happy, keep it safe and I am already looking forward for your next video.

Thank you very much for your comment! In school, I was also more a math and tech type of person (and now I'm a university professor in engineering - I guess that's why I always want to explain stuff 😂). Later I learned that there are better ways to learn a language - by using it. We are a bilingual family, we speak Serbian and Hungarian at home, and we also lived for one year in France, so that's how the French came in. And English, well you just have to learn to communicate in English in today's world. We like to keep this multilingual and multicultural spirit with the kids as well 😊

Thank you! I always like to watch the colors and shadows play on the water. And for the pancakes - in our home, the favorite combination is honey and cinnamon. 😊

I can only envy you Ivana on having Endre, he does all the work, pulling the trailer with the kids and hauling the bike and making the pancakes...
