One question, which may be extremely obvious but I'm a complete novice; why take out a big, high interest loan as opposed to a regular mortgage? Is it a more risk, more reward type of strategy? Hey guys, great videos. I have a meeting with a broker tomorrow re a bridging loan. A question i will ask but thought you may answer before my meeting is - I have read that the interest is tax deductable, is this correct? This is wrong information. It sounds right but it's not. Regulated has to do with the financier not the instrument.
