Any chance of development in sarjapur, gunjur and varthur? Currently connectivity is poor to ORR from these areas. We have to go through either panathur under pass or varthur junction 😢

Is there a possibility of this project to get permission to dig borewell in future, or getting a Cauvery connection, The builder mentioned there is a pipeline near varthur as of now, but I'm not sure about this

AFIK digging borewell will not be an option. If BWSSB is not allowing now, they'll not allow anytime soon. There is a possibility of Cauvery water connection. Again, its based on application order. Probably Brigade Sanctuary will get Cauvery water connection after the apartments in Sarjapur road gets the connection. So, it is better plan your maintenance only based on tanker supply for the near future.

1. I believe its an honest approach to clear in advance that water source is tanker.... Bangalore have water crisis everyon knows, and in future if kaveri water or any new development or arrangement government will do here then every society will be benefitted, also borewell are not any relying source, as in delhi major of borewells are dried up.... Here i appreciate developer that they declared information in rera website... 2. For 90 mtr road they had clearly mentioned in brochure that line which is segregating things clearly , also wide road is advantage... Which is good. 3. The pond you mentioned is kharab area which will remain as it is so thats also good.... 4. Sunlight people can plan accordingliy as per there preference..here also buyer have an edge to select or reject...which is also good.... 5. Environment clearance which you had raised a point , please read RERA guidelines 2017 without proper environment clearance project RERA will not come, or if on to any correndum to original applied by brigade if RERA has give them certificate which means the documents are eligible to get final RERA certificate....which is also good... Bhaiya dikkat kya hai tumko... Saare positive ko negative bata rahe ho..... Also you can file an RTI and then post a video on documented proof then it will be helpful... As if now i feel your video half researched ... And there is well saying " little knowlwdge os dangerous thing" , please dont mislead in the name of half verified research. Regards

Thanks for your detailed comments. I accept your points 1-4. Point-5 is very obvious. You can see in the RERA website, that Brigade themself mentioned that the new environmental clearance for the updated plan will be secured soon. As a wiser move, Brigade didn't launch some towers. Probably it is for, if the clearance couldn't be secured, they can turn them up to 2BHKs and stick with the older plan which got approval. My videos are based on data available in public domains. You can find the references in the description. For trivial things like this we don't need to go to RTI level. If a customer asks, a genuine salesperson will give you all the details clearly. If he isn't providing, then you should concern more.

@@euphoria_propcorner My dear friend ,plz correct yourself here, last week only they had launched the last phase , almost all towers are open now..... Also to get the environment clearance certificate there is a subsection which clearly state that at any time if competent authority advice the developer of the dwelling unit to furnish seperate or additional documents required to enhance to the requirements then they can do the same anytime.... Here they did the same...

So, I prioritize projects based on number of comments I receive for a project. As of now I've Brigade Calista has been asked by more people. So, I'll work on that next.
