Great video, but this house was small and has a terrible layout. The front door opens into the living room??! For $1.5M I would expect at least a foyer. Bedroom are all toddler sized? I’m from TX we do it bigger in every way. Love the neighborhood and acreage though! All these damn garages and no living space… make it make sense. I would slap this builder 😂

Blessings always brother!🙏🏽 I think this home was designed for an automotive and boat enthusiast which is why there is such a strong focus on the garage spaces. It’s not for everyone but having that pool and guest house and 1.5 acres definitely makes up for a lot. And you can definitely convert some of those garages into your preferred room/space. Seen the builders moved from California to Oklahoma. These designs would fit California. 1) There is no screen in porch for Bugs. 2) no shutters for weather 3) no over hangs for reflection of sun on windows. Out door pool and hot tub in that weather? House is small , where is the basement and the three frig? Where the emergency propane, when it gets so cold every thing freezes? Why they put the tub away from the window if it's not double sided? So much deception in selling a expensive home. I agree soulless neighborhood.

That's a rural neighborhood--not a single farmhouse. (Must be a marketing technique for all the Coastal folks who decided things aren't working out in the states they used to love, so much that they dwelled in coastal urban areas--but now are moving to the MidWest.) Weird ya'll are callin' it a "Farm House", because nothing in that curbed street rural development is sustainable. It's too crowded. 5th generation Okie Farmer-Rancher & School teacher, here--my folks have been living & working the land & animals here--feeding ourselves & sellin' surplus crops, & meat products, since before: statehood.

Wow, the whole living and kitchen is really lack-lustre for a house over a million. The fireplace looks like they forgot to finish the edges of the opening, they didn't hide the wires for the TV, the ceiling vents look low quality, and I've seen nicer kitchens in much cheaper homes.. Sorry, but I'd be so disappointed with the quality of the finishings at this price. Everything just looks so plain, it's all the same greyish colour, the outdoor facade is really uninspired and the rendering looks unfinished. "this reminds me of the house on attested development" - quote from my viewing mate lol
