I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

Very functional and beautiful space that people in 2025 desire. The husband and I live in Minnesota and thus def beats out the equivalent homes of 800s in our neighborhood. My only critisism are the fans, cheapens the look of the house and I hate ceiling fans, I love our house bc it’s also 2024 build and no ceiling fans just wide open white ceilings. Been wanting to leave Minnesota for Houston for a long time will probably have to invest in some property there.

Love this home by far . I love the two water closet features in the master bath . Also all the spaces it has to offer. You could actually have a gen suite by the second bedroom. I love this plan and do the build it in other communities. I love this plan hands down . It’s the ultimate dream home. Also why’s the final price with all the upgrades that are featured. Wow! This home is definitely on my radar. I just wish the builders did more with the closet space vs having such a massive bathroom. They could put more fixtures and led lighting in a closet vs wasted space between the bath and vanity IMO. Also, the stove seems far from the sink and not having a pot filler is disappointing. Access to the yard from the owner suite vs a bay window, heavier doors and tile floors vs (what looks like) vinyl click lock floors would set it off... Otherwise it's giganic, the entertainment space is awesome and the home offers opportunity with a lower price point.

This is a nice house. Two observations. The shower in the first floor guest bathroom is just a bit small. More "mature" guests might find that space a bit tight. 2. I thought you were going to shower a closet laundry space to service those upstairs spaces. Not surprised this plan is sold out. Im not a fan of round walls but I oohhed and aahhed myself. Another great video. Your camera person is on point
