Briggsy. You have the most enjoyable voice. You are educational and knowledgeable but have no arrogance. You somehow can say something with conviction yet open enough to allow for conversation if that makes any sense. You hear it when you are with your children and with your mates or these equipment videos. Its a joy to hear. We thank you for bringing the world of fishing through your eyes and always look forward to the next. Cheers from Canada.

Hey brigsy, do you recommend using swivels when fishing lures for quicker changes and so you don't use up too much leader?

Hi Mate, I use swivels to avoid line twist, extra freedom of movement for the lure and ease of switching lures 🤙

Briggsy, what’s the heaviest lure you’ve thrown on the S902 light rock??.. do you ever go over the recommended cast weight with lures?
@li15342 ай бұрын
Only saying this cause I have the s902 and want to try the crusador but it’s 5grams over.. never had the balls to cast heavier
@Briggsy2 ай бұрын
Hi Mate, I don’t usually go over about 40g with that rod but once threw around 100g diving popper and it didn’t feel good on it! (There was Spanish hitting that lure and my other setup was too heavy/leader peppered from memory). In general I try not to throw over max cast weight on any rod but if I do it’ll be a gentle cast.
@li15342 ай бұрын
@@Briggsy is there any reason you only throw 40 on the s902 light rock?? Or is that just the weight of lures you like with that rod? Thanks for the insight 🙌🙌

These expensive lures wouldn't get used by most people because of the ridiculous price point. You don't need boxes and sunglass bags for one lure that gets scratches from use anyway. Overkill 101. Be honest, who would use these if you had to pay for them?

I've bought several and even paid for shipping to the neighboring country of New Zealand. You go back to your mass production plastic fantastics because iykyk and if you don't... well you definitely don't
