I am working hard for past 4 days, I am a stroke survivor with epilepsy. Was told sugar is good for brain. I am 20- 30 pounds from my goal weight. I am very busy working at a doctors office- weighting food is a struggle, I go by guess- will that looks like 2TBS. I an definitely an addict - lunch was like recess for me. I looked forward to lunch and dinner everyday. Fast food was easy for lunch- drug reps would bring food in.Concerned also to eat with meds to help absorption I feel like I can do this. Concerned about meds getting too strong with weight loss. Thank you! Knowing you understand really helps!

Hello Rob! Congratulations on your weight loss! My big question is....what about all that loose skin? I'm 59 and need to loose about 80lbs. My fear is all that loose skin....looking in the mirror....sex ....etc... Sure, I'll look great fully dressed, but what happens to that skin at my age?
@Brightlineeating4 жыл бұрын
Hi Robin! Loose skin is one of the few downsides to losing so much weight, and it is a valid concern. 💛 If you are worried about this happening to you, Susan advises to first focus on losing the weight, and then give it a year. You never know what a year can do to your body or what wonderful effects time can have. You can hear Susan’s thorough answer to this question on her weekly vlog here: brightlineeating.com/2015/08/loose-skin/

Rob did your weight loss contribute to your divorce? Asking because I had gastric sleeve surgery and a lot of people end up divorced after they lose the weight.
