Would love to see a comparison between the FW4A and the Noctigon KR4! Super similar lights, personally waiting to order the KR4 until the Japanese supply chain opens up so that the Nichia E21A emitters are available in the KR4.

george tsoulas could you put an FW21 body with the FW4A head? The body tube on the FW4A flares out before it gets to the head, so maybe the sizes would work.

Based on your FW3A review I purchased a FW1A through Neal's Gadgets. What a disaster that was...screwed up the order and the customer service is nonexistent. Wish you would promote a better seller.

Not to mention the horrible tail switch that gets triggered just by you breathing on it. I don't want to have to lock my flashlight after every single time I've used it. My FW1A has barely been used due to that. D4V2 is still my EDC and with the raised retaining ring it's perfect and doesn't go off in my pocket.

It appears to have awesome output but now I prefer flashlights that have a built-in charging port so you don't need to remove the battery or have a separate charger to recharge it. I don't mind if a unit has to be slightly longer or thicker to include that convenience.

From what I know, COB LED’s or (Chip On Board) are more efficient therefore brighter in most cases. I tend to purchase COB LED’s over any other.

What is the runtime on turbo/max brightness. I can’t find the info anywhere. Inbound to a 2600 lumen light and it only runs for 2 minutes then drops to 800.

You need to buy a separate 18650 battery and charger, make sure it is a good quality Sony Samsung or LG high drain battery.

I love you man and understand the sponsorship, but Emisar D4 (even the V1) is a bit brighter and smaller and handles heat better. Also, it's been around for a long, long time.
