Alright so please correct me if I got this wrong: 1) Glucose enters the cell 2) 2 phosphorus' are added to the glucose molecule to make it unstable and unable to leave the cell which simultaneously creates 2 ATP. 3) The glucose molecule splits into two 3 carbon molecules called pyruvate. 4) NADH dumps high energy electrons onto the pyruvate to become NAD+ 5) The pyruvate with the electron dump transforms into lactate acid which eventually causes muscle failure. 6) Cycle repeats.

Adenosine Diphosphate. It's what ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) turns into once ATP releases some of its energy along with a phosphate group, hence the tri- to di-phosphate. Basically, ADP is like a used battery, while ATP is like a fully-charged battery.

@Dnguyen1319 No, an electron transport system does not REQUIRE oxygen to be the terminal electron acceptor -- ours and many others do, but there are plenty that don't. Try looking up nitrate respiration; it uses an electron transport system, but nitrate - not oxygen - is the terminal electron acceptor. Nitrate respiration is a form of anaerobic respiration .... fermentation is not.

1. I think glucose is already in the cell, it's just floating around in the cytosol from photosynthesis. 2. 2 phosPHATE's are added (phosphorus with oxygens) which USES 2 ATP molecules (they supply the phosphate), creates 2 ADP, then uses 4 ADP to give 4 ATP (overall 2 ATP's produced) 3. Yep 4. NAD+ accepts electrons to form NADH 5. Or it can change pyruvate into ethanol 6. Yep Hope that's right.

@Dnguyen1319 "Respiration in some procaryotes is possible using electron acceptors other than oxygen (O2). This type of respiration in the absence of oxygen is referred to as anaerobic respiration. Although anaerobic respiration is more complicated than the foregoing statement, in its simplest form it represents the substitution or use of some compound other than O2 as a final electron acceptor in the electron transport chain." Is glucose broken by 1 phosphate put on either side? Or do both sides get a phosphate making it easier to break? And is the phosphate addition what makes the glucose break or is there more to it?

@Dnguyen1319 "In anaerobic respiration, electron transfer is to a molecule other than oxygen or to an ionic species, again coupled to generation of an electrochemical gradient. Whatever the electron acceptor, respiration provides the ability to conserve energy in the form of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) or perform energy-demanding processes (such as solute transport or motility) through generation of a transmembrane proton motive force (Δp) (see reference 44)." source in next post

It is kind of moot since the video doesn't even address anaerobic respiration. The lecturer doesn't know the difference between fermentation (what the video does cover) and anaerobic respiration (what the video claims to be addressing).

This video is misinformation. Anaerobic respiration is not fermentation. Anaerobic respiration uses an electron transports system to create a proton gradient across a membrane, which then powers ATP production using ATP synthase. It is mostly the same as aerobic respiration except that the final electron acceptor for the electron transport system is not oxygen.
