Brigitte Bardot, animal activist in 1966

(With upsetting scenes) Brigitte Bardot is an animal activist since 1962. Angered by a TV exposure of abandoned dogs being put to sleep, she invites cameras to film her adopting dogs and explains why we should look after animals. Her Brigitte Bardot Foundation dedicated to animal protection continues today; she donated her St. Tropez villa to enable it to be recognised as a Public Utility. A French documentary with English subtitles.
