I am an early 40’s Caucasian woman who does listen to podcasts in general but I don’t know a single person who listens to Alex Cooper. I’m not saying that to insult anything about her personally or professionally, however I do wonder who are allllll these listeners that consistently tune in to her podcast. They must be younger.I’m just curious

I feel like the nature of consuming media is totally different these days. 10 mega productions to 200 niche. In other words, I’m going to listen to Joe Rogan, watch Game of Thrones. Then the rest of my time is watching or listening to 8 other things that have viewership or listening down to hundred of thousands or low millions. I can’t consume everything because podcasts, videos, and even expensive tv shows outpace my ability to consume it all even if I didn’t work.
