this--a lot of BM do not commit to marriage. Many BM prefer to date forever and also to have more than one woman. Many BM want all the benefits of marriage--including kids, access to the woman's finances, etc but do not want to commit. There are also less BM in the marrying demographics--there is an estimated 1.5 million missing BM in the US--most out of circulation for incarceration. Many BW with education, skills and a proper upbringing do not want that type of baby mama relationship or an inmate. They want to get married to a man who wants a family. And most WM want to be married and have a family. WW definitely get married but there is more competition for WW because there is no missing amount of WM. So, if BW and WM expand their dating choices, there are some definite chances for BW/WM couples. If you look at interracial marriages in the US, statistically the ones that last the longest and have the lowest divorce rate are BW/WM. Highest divorce rate is WW/BM.

The stereotype of black people being more sexual than other races is absurd. I am a middle-aged black woman who grew up in the 70's and I literally played dolls with my best friend, who was Mexican, until I was 14 years old. We were both naive and not the least bit interested in sex.

Apparently numerous studies have been done on interracial marriages, every single one showed that black women-white dude marriages are the most stable and have the lowest divorce rates by like a lot more than the runner up. I don’t know what that means, but I researched that years ago and always found it interesting. Personally, it always seemed to me that so long as they are respected and treated well by their man, black women are righteous to their men, they don’t allow anyone to disrespect their man and will fuck anyone who does up. I’ve never witnessed that with any other ethnicity.

It's just one of the many dehumanizing stereotypes created to demean Black folks. Intimidating derives from the angry black person stereotype because if someone stands up for herself, she must be overly angry. American media push this stereotype along with the strong black woman or sexually precocious black girl crap. Horrifically, the result of these stereotypes is that pregnant Black women are often ignored by medical professionals when they try to voice concerns. This results in high mortality rates for pregnant Black women.

@scratchpenny You do know the most common interracial marriage is WM and Asain women. So how are they marrying both but BW get divorced most?
@scratchpenny2 ай бұрын
@@JerseyBoy489 Yes, but that's a different thing altogether. WM are the largest male racial group in the US, so they have more of them than anyone else. Thus, they can intermarry several different racial groups in significant numbers. The statistics say that BW and WM marriages have the lowest divorce rates in the USA. They are actually around 40% less likely to get divorced than any other racial pairing. It's not about total interracial marriages but about the marriages between BW and WM that exist. And because this pairing has increased, there are a significant number of that coupling now, so it's not just a statistical fluke like many people claimed 20 years ago. For some reason, they have more success in marriage than other groups, including marriages between WM and WW.
