Spreading Islam through music? Music Music is forbidden in Islam. So don't use it. Bukhari's 5590 hadiths contain prophecies for a class of people. Do not be among them. May Allah guide you. Amen.

Imo, if you want to be masculine in Islam. Just do your part as male, that's all. And be kind and nice to others too. It is normal for men to get afraid and sad, even if they cry, it's not a sin at all.

In case you aren't aware in Hinduism Gods themselves have cried for various reasons . Crying is normal . It relieves our unexpressed pain . You should behave and function as a human should . We aren't robotic machines . Masculinity is good but toxic masculinity is not only bad not for you also for everyone around you . Woke feminism and toxic masculinity both are cancer to society . Always remember in Afghanistan, Iran and North Korea there is no place for feminism but at the same time both men and women are suffering there . Crying doesn't make a person weak . Crying is a normal human response . If one is depressed then they should go to either spiritual teacher or therapist or Psychologist .

People really need to abandon this outdated and dumb concept of Femininity and Masculinity. Anxiety has nothing to do with your gender or your masculinity. Seek professionals and actual psychologists for help in times like these. Because these 'life coach' personalities in the internet won't solve any of your problems. They are only advising you to act like you have no problem at all and you're the best at everything. Which is why so many people are toxic nowadays, because everyone forgot counselling in hard times and being humble in life.

Ye this is trash advice. But also psychologists are just playing around also, no one knows how to cure mental problems. But on an Islamic note, I might be wrong but I do not see muhammad pbuh as someone who would walk around daily life with his chest out and chin up... When it came to fighting battles, sure you may need to throw caution to the wind, but in everyday daily life, I would think a Muslim would have to soften there hearts and be open to external threat and not let that fear stop them from becoming soft hearted and well spoken. Being vulnerable to threat does not ake us week, in fact the fear of it, I think is the very thing stopping Muslim men from becoming better muslims. The reason so many men walk around with there "chest out and chin up" is because they are afraid of external threats, which is an internal insecutirty, instead of facing the internal insecurity as a Muslim should do, they usually end up taking the easy route of acting "extra masculine" which takes them away from muhammad pbuh example.
