He's not flying he's sat in same spot filming someone one a roof. Realistically, you could get him fined very easily here. He makes alot of mistakes...

Don't people working on building site roofs need to be strapped to something just in case they fall? Especially roofs like that, where you could easily trip and fall over that 1 metre high wall.

No you just need a barrier or hand rails to stop you going over the edge, if it's an open roof then yes by law you need to be tethered. On a well run site this would be constantly reviewed.

You are not aloud to fly over propety that thr owner has asked you not to. There is no right to fly.

Wrong! You do not own the airspace above your property. There are obviously some areas eg prisons and airports that are automatically excluded. You have to check with the AA each time you fly.

You most certainly can not fly above 120 metres with a sub 250 gram drone and you MUST take a theory test on the CCA website. Do a bit of basic research before posting.
