one tip: put a bit of grease on you your threads like on the grip screw. it will reduce the teardown in the thread and make it last much longer! it is really significent!

Damn I just came back to drac and I rememwber watching him unbox drissula and playing with the bloodborn and I remember all the worker kriss vector kits for the stryfe and then raven starfyre makes man what a time I miss those days but this new stuff is still so so cool to see just kinda miss the old school mod stuff where you had to make your own blasters good.

While the 2.5 spacing didn’t work, I would highly recommend the spacer that’s on Thingiverse now. It’s about a quarter of a spacer longer than two and with no other modifications has me launching the Gameface darts around 230 FPS

I’m keeping my Trion mostly stock at this point. The stock components are nice and I love the color. I’ve already added to Foam Pro Shop VFG to my Max Stryker and I have a Nexus Pro as well. I don’t need a third blaster with VFG. I am interested in the SCAR barrel though. I will check that out. Any plans to add mlok accessories or an accessory to house the spacers?

You were speaking of wearing out the threads while "self tapping" that grip screw. If that happens to anyone an old carpenters trick for that would be to stick a small plastic zip tie in the stripped out hole before your hex bolt. It'll tighten everything up and make it snug again. Same thing for wood holes only you would use toothpicks.

Thank for the great video Drac, the mod kit looks pretty sweet! Funny to see darts getting stuck in all kinds of places, curly hair seems to be able to hold darts for a good couple of hours too...

This blaster has become my favorite springer. Love the design overall. wish the priming grip was a little more solid (there’s a bit of play in the grip) that’s the only part that feels a little sloppy.

you need to learn how to make re-zero-able iron sights, and maybe some riser mounts for them so people can run higher irons. I like having my sights higher up so that I am not forcing my cheekbone into the stock. Also I just realized that the 209 FPS that the 2.5 spacer was hitting as hard as some of the most powerful accepted airsoft guns for indoor fields. That's wild.

Normally I'm team red when it comes to blaster colors, but I think the trion's blue/teal would look really good with magpul's pink. 200 fps with basically max compression (with catch issues) is a little disappointing, I'd look into a new spring and rebarreling at that point.

hey drac on foam pro shop your trion trick out kit there is an option for grip + stock. which grip is it the foregrip or the other grip.

Drac, I ordered the foam pro shop Jurassic pro kit it’s a fantastic kit, I have a question is the safety delete supposed to move? As in inside of the blaster when it’s together, is it supposed to move side to side? Also, is there a way to make or find a replacement, plunger tube tube that I can change the spring on?

Hey, Drac- have you had any issues with the mechanism binding and failing to fire, or getting hang-fires? I've been struggling with mine since it came out of the box

I finally experienced the failure of the trigger to release the catch some others were having. I simply worked the trigger until it went back fully as it normally does when it fires, held it back, and gave it a decent slap on the left side between the mag well and pistol grip. It immediately fired upon being smacked, then everything was back to situation normal. A rep from Game Face, who goes by the name Blaster Face, and frequents Drac's comments sections said to try aggressively slam-firing it to wear away a piece of mold flashing that may be interfering with the operation of the trigger group. So, hopefully a couple of options to try here. Good luck.

You need to take the catch out and shave a little bit off the bottom to make it less of a sharp angle there are a couple good videos on KZbin just type in gameface trion fix

There’s a commercial spec buffer tube and a mil spec one. The dimension’s actually differ so you have to know which spec to purchase a compatible stock.
