So helpful! I'm planning to have a trip from Turin to Vancouver by Lufthansa with bike, It means I don't need to pay extra fees when I only have a bike as checked in baggage.Thank you!

Thank you 😀 I flew again with LH from Munich to Marseille a month ago and same thing: no extra fees because I didn’t make use of a regular checked bag.
