hey saket, I've been watching ur videos for like 3 years now must say it's been a hella journey and u inspired me a lot to hit the gym and not be afraid to own it. I'm progressing my weights in over for a week and it's mean a lot to learn smth from you man. And yep go for PPL, ever since i saw that informative video of yours i applied it to my weight training and it totally works. I have been doing an Arnold Split past 4 months. Been enjoying it alot. Giving Shoulders and Arms a dedicated day is really effective from a CNS fatigue perspective. It almost feels like a rest day but you can go super intense. Would love to hear your take on it.

This summer training vids are going amazing ( finished though) And the difference is there ( in the video quality, new camera vibes) Personally I love the ppl ( it is classic ) But I have seen you doing ppl a lot and not chest /back, shoulder, arms, legs split that would be fun

You should try 4 days split Mon- Back Tue- chest & shoulder Wed- Arms( bi- tri) Thu- legs And then repeat from Friday In this split you will train each muscle thrice in 2 weeks.

One thing i would like to add about the sleep schedule, i worked for a night shift job for 3 years almost so getting back to our normal routine where you sleep at 10 -11 and wake up at 7-8 am was a hell of a task. I applied the same silly logic, that if i don't sleep in the morning i will automatic sleep early at night, but after staying awake for almost 24 hours i went to bed at 9 pm and thought would have a grear sleep but i woke up at 2 am that means just after 4 hours and started crying because it breaks you down emotionally so bad. Then i started researching and found out that our internal body cycle depends upon the food we eat and especially at the time we eat it. So for example you sleep at 3 am and wake up at 11, you don't eat breakfast, you should have your lunch at 1.30 and then some snack at 5 pm and then your dinner at your regular time 9 pm perphaps. And you follow this thing just for 2 days having meals at regular timmings and see how you magically your routine gets fixed. The one major thing i learned here is, always use intelligence instead of your emotions. Thank you saket for bringing up the point. I hope you all have a good night sleep soon 😂❤️‍🔥

Saket, I track my calories burned in gym everyday using apple watch. I wanted to ask if sometimes, the number of cal burned aren’t up to usual mark but I still had a good workout. Does that mean it will affect my weight when I weigh in tomorrow. Currently cutting so tracking weight and measurements promptly.

Hi @Saket, Due to intese training session and work life (engineer) my whole body accumulated some fatigue and slight pain on shoulder, chsest inner pad and feet leg pad. I havent gone through this ever before. I have decided to take a break from strength training and mainly focus on yoga and stretch for 2-3 days depending upon how I'm feeling. आधी मी ppl follow करायचो... पण personal work मुले ताकत नाही पुरायची , recovery पण नव्हती होत .. आता मी जो schedule follow करत आहे तो असा आहे , आणि मला personally खुप आवडत आहे. Monday - chest + shoulders Tuesday - Back + Forearm Wednesday - Arms Thursday - Legs Friday - Chest + Shoulders Saturday - Back + Forearm Sunday - rest Continue....(forearms 2 times in 6 days ) Saket Gokhale 🙌
