Yes so true, my baby was also preemie 3 months in the nicu. I almost had a heart attack and all my mom could say was, why aren't you talking to me, do you even care how I feel? It hurts me still to this day. Bless you Kora, Sheena and Baby❤

@@ShayBlossomsame thing for me. One day when my son becomes a father. He’s only 4 yrs old now so I’m praying to God that I live a long life to see that beautiful day one day. I’ll be so happy and so excited. One day I’m going to be a very very proud grandmother. I’ll be happy to be call grandma or grandmother or Gran ( in Haitian Creole) or just Mami or Mimi or whatever cute nick name my future grandchild is gonna want to call me. I know for sure I’ll love that child unconditionally you’d think it’s my child lol. My son will always have a free babysitter.

I got mo mothet she died. When i mean she died . She make and leave me . She was not aother to make. Yes she actually leave me hungry and thirsty. Thank God 4 Jesus i was able to study become a nurse and God supply all my needs

Having a mom to help is such a relief. I’m 50 and a mother of 3. Had my mom to help me with my 2 boys but when I got pregnant at 44 (yes a geriatric mom) my mother had developed dementia. It was heartbreaking to say the least, but being I had my sons earlier in life I was able to have them help me with my daughter. Childcare is costly and scary. She’s very lucky to have you!

My mom isnt this kind of mom but I love her no matter what lol! My son was in the NICU for 4 weeks because he was 2lbs (born 2 month's early). I was only 17, but my mom knew i was mature and could do it. She wasnt super hands-on like Kora is, but i knew/know she would do anything for us. Everyone is different, but regardless its a blessing to have your mom during this time and all the time! ❤

My family wanted to be super hands on but I didn't allow it. Didn't want to rely on them before I get used to all the help and struggle later on. My mom used to be so grumpy about it but after a few years she understood where I was coming from.

It's a struggle sometimes but wouldn't have it any other way. Raising 9 kids without help, but doing everything my way. I was married and then pregnant soon after at 19. Luckily, there were no pregnancy or birth problems. Although I didn't want my mother/familys help because it was my choice to have a big family, she would still pull up randomly at my house to clean, cooking and try to kidnap my children for sleepovers lol. My mother passed away recently, and before she did, I noticed she was very tired and weak in her final years.. she constantly thanked me for not dumping my kids on her/them while I selfishly put myself first. I miss her dearly.

Hi... it's good to see that you have a good faimly support..my baby is in NICU it's almost 4 months he is still in NICU... i had twin at 26 weeks of pregnancy and one passed away after birth at 62 days of life ..and anoth baby is still in hospital...its really difficult if you don't have a faimly support you are very lucky 😊

ADORABLE!!! I will admit I could not stand the car seat part of having infants. We would have the hardest time getting the seat on the stupid base. Momma had to feed her baby so she could feed her baby. Enjoy all the moments.
