Wales is known for its sustainable, low-intensity agriculture based on the country’s outstanding natural environment. This very environment is what allows us to trace the origin of these products as they move through the supply chain.
Thanks to our combination of forensic science and proprietary statistical models, we can now test and verify the origin of all PGI Welsh Beef and Lamb.
