I love these videos! Please keep doing them! Just stick with the format where you show apartment 1 and then move on. I’ve got a townhome like Gustavos with very similar layout . 2 story , 2 bedroom , 1 1/2 bath , 2 car garage , but we’ve got our own back yard big enough to put a pool for my 2 kids and plant a vegetable garden plus I’ve got a full laundry room . Other tenants pay $800 but my hubby mows the small yard in the front of the building so we pay $650 . It’s a very nice complex that is nicely maintained. It’s not a hip city but living in the middle of Cow Town USA 🐄 has its benefits.

Why don't you convert the flat sizes to square meters? You've got viewers all over the world and nearly no other country uses square feet and it's honestly not much of an effort to convert it while producing a video. At the same time it's quite annoying to pause the video and to convert it while watching the video to have an idea of how large the flats are.

Whoever did Jake’s house I want to redecorate my place pls. I’m surprised no one mentioned how bad vertical blinds are. They’re so common in LA and so so so ugly

Thank you. A fireplace is a WASTE OF SPACE in Southern Cali. I cant stand them and I've seen house with 2 fireplaces. Totally useless.

Bummer that they didn’t do the west side except for South Bay. Would love to have seen Venice/ Marina/ Santa Monica or Malibu.

Me: My fiancé and I need to move out of my parents' house once COVID is over. Me: Ohhh. This looks like a good video to see what rent is like in different areas! Me: Nope. We can't move. Ever. Can't do it. Nope. I'm living in a shed. I'm stressed.

I really like the idea of showing apartments around the world, but the format of switching between apartments is kind of annoying. I always lose track of which apartment I'm looking at.
