I believe they are using the MSRP just as a tool / guide for comparison. You need to keep in mind these cars are mass produced and it’s all about supply and demand, supply up so prices are lower, and like Robert said , the last 4 years or so is a very unusual situation/ market. Covid , parts shortages, prices are up in every thing. Now prices are normalizing. There are still special , low production corvettes that are still way over MSRP (as a guide) 2019 ZR1s is a good example and a few others that are holding value more than others, again normal. This is a great time to buy a C8 and save some money, they are a great car , I have 3 no interest in letting go any of them, they were always a good buy for a very good sports car, now there are great deals out there!

We just learned of a factory error that is more than just a one-off mistake, and GM has even issued a service bulletin over it. The service bulletin is #PIC6545 and it’s titled: “Incorrect Front Splitter from Factory on Z06 (April 16, 2024)”. Buying a used Z06 with Full factory warranty is a win! I ordered my 25 2LZ and have seen some used Z06 deals in the $125-130 range for 3LZ Convertibles no Carbon fiber wheels or Aero. But there are some value deals out there as more Z06 come over to the used sides.

His C8's are not discounted at all. If anything he's asking more than almost anywhere in the country This is the new market for C8's. As I told you a few months ago, the value of these cars isn't holding. There will be more of a glut in the months to come. Lots of non-Corvette people bought these because they were a novelty and hard to get. Now that warranties are expiring and maintenance cost go up, not to mention ridiculous insurance rates, they're anxious to get out of them. And they are. 2024 and 2025 Corvettes around here are offered for $10,000 under MSRP. This guy is beating a dead horse with his price stories.

I test drove a preowned 2022 Z51 2LT convertible that was traded to a Ford dealer. They wanted $76k for it which was $10k off its MSRP. I didn’t like it, I’d sooner buy a C6 Grand Sport with a manual. The car was reduced to $72k and they still couldn’t sell it. After waiting two months for a buyer, the dealer finally sold it at auction.

In 2022 I purchased a brand new car with cash, and I will never forget how I was treated like crap. Why?????? b/c they couldn’t make money on the front end and the back end. Not your dealership but a dealership nonetheless. Here we are almost 3 years later, my son is now buying a car with cash. I’ve had to school him on how people hate this process, for millions of reasons - but guess what we got to do it. That last part I feel is where the business model is built, that we ultimately must buy something somewhere. Many dealerships make it happen at all costs. If Corvette World is a great company then you are the exception. However I doubt that 500%, simply due to your exchange with this customer. Even if it’s a troll, even if he’s not real- your response is what’s on stage. As a business owner, yes you must defend when attacked, but defending like this will lose you potential customers. I doubt that matters much. I’m not in your state but I’ve been to your site many times over the last 2 months but now I’m done with your company. It’s not the fault of your company alone, it’s just one more nail dealing with dealerships.

I don't like the stance of the C8 Z06 or the C8 ZR1 because the wheels and tires don't sit flush with the fender. They sit tucked inside the fender and makes the car not have a very aggressive stance unlike the C7 ZO6 which had a more aggressive stance because the wheels and tires would actually sit flush if not peeking out of the fender just a little bit but the C8 Z06 looks like it needs wheel spacers or either needs different Wheels because the wheels and tires don't fit the car
